We do it better than the rest! Here is how we get it done

Sewer lines: Many times its necessary to repair &/or replace a sewer line

Step #1: City or Town needs to locate & mark the location of the line

Step #2: Mark out the excavation area for Dig Safe to verify and to mark out any other underground utilities or hazards in the proposed area. Then order the permit

Step #3: Start excavation work; remove and replace sewer line

  • Locate line
  • Excavate to remove old sewer line
  • Install new sewer line with the necessary pitch for dranage in a bed of “chinked (compacted) ¾” crushed stone maintanining pitch (6” to 12” all sides).
  • Attached to house and city sewer line
  • Mark out with tracer wire or magnetic tape for the town/ city or next ecavator to locate.
  • Back fill with dry materials compacting to every 6 to 12”
  • Backhoe Operated by a Professional Worker Doing Residential Excavation

SPECIAL NOTES: Most Cities/ Towns requirement the use of road plates or back at the end of everyday on city owned land. Most Cities own from the center of the street in 25 feet. Most cities require the use of 1 or more Flagers on busy roads.
